If you are a senshi, shitennou, or known member of the royal court of the Moon or the Earth, you will be immediately connected to Kunzite upon request. Otherwise, if you are so determined, you may reach Kunzite after somewhat of a hassle. After all, he is a very important man, not to be bothered by trivial matters.
